Responsibilities
- Support daily business and operational activities within assigned departments.
- Follow established procedures, work instructions, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reports.
- Assist with process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support business needs.
- Familiarity with automation, AI-enabled productivity tools, or data-driven technologies is an advantage.
Minimum Qualifications
- Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new systems.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to work in a dynamic environment.
- Flexibility to support shift-based or office-based schedules where applicable.
