Job Responsibilities:
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of two years human resources experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience required. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel with an ability to learn HRIS systems. Strong analytical and problem solving skills are required. Superior verbal, written, and presentation skills are required to effectively communicate with management, employees, co-workers and corporate personnel. Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Familiarity with COBRA, ERISA, FMLA, HIPAA and related state and federal regulations required.
