Gerente de Distrito de Posventa
Responsabilidades:

  • Supervisa y apoya a los concesionarios asignados, hacia el desarrollo de estrategias y actividades que permitan maximizar la satisfacción de clientes y resultados del negocio de Posventa de los Concesionarios y distribuidores Chevrolet / General Motors.
  • Elabora, coordina y monitorea planes de negocio de Postventa en los Concesionarios / Distribuidores asignados, aplicando acciones con enfoque retail, para incrementar la retención y satisfacción de los clientes dueños de vehículos chevrolet y/o que conforman parte de la cadena de valor.
  • Gestiona aspectos claves del negocio de postventa como lo son venta de repuestos, centrales BDC, cobertura geográfica y digital, NPS y Satisfacción de Clientes, productividad de talleres de servicio y colisión, campañas de retención de clientes implementadas por la marca y el cumplimiento de estándares fijados por General Motors.

Requisitos:

  • Formación: Graduados en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Comercial/Civil/Industrial/Mecánica o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia: Contar con experiencia en posiciones similares durante un periodo mínimo de 2 años en roles comerciales.
  • Inglés: Nivel Intermedio.
  • Paquete Office: Nivel Intermedio.
  • Contar con licencia de conducir vigente para Chile.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar de forma presencial ocasionalmente en nuestras oficinas ubicadas en Ciudad Empresarial, Santiago, Region Metropolitana, Chile.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar realizando visitas a la red de concesionarios a nivel nacional para la zona que tenga asignada con una frecuencia diaria.


Competencias deseables:

  • Experiencia en la industria automotriz y/o relacionadas.
  • Conocimientos en Power BI y manejo de bases de datos.
  • Manejo de SAP.
  • Competencias: Relaciones interpersonales, resolución de conflictos, trabajo bajo presión, agente y facilitador del cambio, capacidad oratoria, trabajo en equipo, planificación, proactividad, enfoque en clientes y personas, empatía focalizada a la experiencia de acuerdo a estándares establecidos de la marca, rapidez de aprendizaje, capacidad analítica, poder de convencimiento, capacidad de automotivación y motivar a otros.
