Les tâches du gestionnaire des comptes majeures comprennent la capacité de gérer efficacement des priorités, des délais de livraison et des programmes promotionnels multiples et changeants.

About the role:
This position is responsible for maximizing customer (Dollarama account), SCJ profitability & growth through the development and implementation of sales and marketing programs. Duties of the Key Account Manager include being able to effectively manage multiple and changing priorities, lead times and promotional programs.

Principales responsabilités:

  • Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des plans d'affaires stratégiques pour les comptes annuels afin d'atteindre les objectifs préétablis en utilisant les ressources internes (marketing client, marketing, catégories, couverture de vente au détail,  finances) et les ressources clients (données de compte, contacts de compte interfonctionnels ou en magasin, eCommerce).
  • Atteindre les objectifs clés pour le compte, par exemple ventes nettes, marges bénéficiaires, parts de marché.
  • Planifier, suivre et analyser la distribution, les prix et les dépenses liées à toutes les activités du compte.
  • Maximiser l'expertise et les ressources internes dans l'élaboration des plans d'affaires.
  • Développer et maintenir de bonnes relations avec les bureaux chefs des détaillants.

Expérience requise :

  • Minimum de 4 ans d’expérience pertinente ou expérience commerciale pertinente avec une formation en gestion de compte/vente
  • Expérience dans l’industrie des biens de consommation est un atout important.

Expérience et aptitudes souhaités :

  • Solides compétences en communication (Anglais et français à l’écrit et l’oral)
  • Capacité à penser de manière stratégique et à résoudre des problèmes analytiques basés sur des faits
  • Capacité à diriger des réunions/équipes et à travailler de manière autonome.
  • Excellentes capacités de raisonnement analytique; Capacité à tirer des conclusions commerciales, des solutions et préparer/faire des recommandations.
  • Maîtrise de la résolution de conflits, de la négociation, du leadership de la pensée client et de la création de valeur client.
  • Solides compétences en leadership et en travail d'équipe pour travailler au sein d’une équipe multidisciplinaire.

Exigence du poste :

  • Diplôme universitaire dans une discipline pertinente.
  • Excellente maîtrise des outils de rapport et de prévision (c'est-à-dire : MS Office, Retail Link, ACN, SAP, PlanIt, Cognos)

Key responsabilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic annual account business plans in support of achieving pre-established objectives utilizing internal resources (Customer Marketing, Marketing, Category, Retail Coverage, Finance) & customer resources (account data, cross functional account contacts, in-store, eCommerce) 
  • Deliver key targets for account:  Net Sales, Profit Margins, Share & Gross to Net
  • Plan for, track and analyze the distribution, pricing and expenditures related to all account activity
  • Maximize internal expertise/resources in the development of business/customer plans and resolution of customer issues.
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with key retailer partners

Required Experience:

  • Minimum 4 years or relevant business experience with a Background in Account Management/Sales
  • Experience in the consumer goods industry is an important asset

Preferred Experiences and Skills:

  • Ability to think strategically and Analytical Fact-Based Problem Solving Skills
  • Ability to Lead Meetings/Teams and Work Independently.
  • Excellent Analytical and Deductive Reasoning Skills; Ability to draw business conclusions, solutions and prepare / make recommendations.
  • Proficiency in Conflict Resolution, Negotiating, Customer Thought leadership & Creating Customer Value
  • Strong Leadership and teamwork skills to work within Cross-Functional Setting / Team.
  • High Proficiency with Reporting & Forecasting Tools (ie: MS Office, Retail Link, ACN, SAP, PlanIt, Cognos)

Job Requirements:

  • University Degree required (Essential Requirement), Preferably in Business or Commerce
  • Strong Communication Skills in both French and English (Written and Oral) required
