The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
We are seeking a results-driven Global Downstream Product Marketing Manager to lead a strategic growth portfolio within the Solventum™ Bair Hugger™ business. This role is responsible for driving growth by advancing clinical practice and customer adoption through deep market insights, cross-functional collaboration, and innovative marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Product & Portfolio Marketing
- Support development and execution of product marketing plans aligned to business objectives and lifecycle stages.
- Define and refine product positioning, value propositions, and messaging grounded in clinical and economic value
- Translate voice-of-customer insights, clinical evidence, and market dynamics into clear marketing narratives
Commercialization & Launch Execution
- Assist with global and regional product launches, including launch plans, timelines, and readiness deliverables
- Develop and own core marketing tools (e.g., value decks, sales enablement materials, product brochures, FAQs, training content)
- Lead the global development and deployment of clinical assessment and sales enablement tools
- Collaborate to build a winning clinical medical education strategy and training curriculum to accelerate market development efforts.
Market & Customer Insights
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with clinical and regulatory teams to incorporate evidence, indications, and compliance requirements into marketing materials
- Support analysis around the competitive environment and market trends to help assess product positioning, key issues, strategies, and target audiences for assigned portfolios
- Support pricing, segmentation, and targeting initiatives informed by customer and market data
Cross Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with cross-functional product owners to align roadmap, product requirements, and lifecycle priorities
- Partner with Regional/Local Marketing to adapt global strategies for regional execution
- Coordinate with Regulatory, Quality, Legal, and Clinical Affairs to ensure compliant marketing execution
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or relate field
- 5 plus years of experience in product marketing, marketing, or related roles within medical devices, med tech, or healthcare
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Master’s degree in business administration from an accredited institution
- Familiarity with operating room environments and patient warming technologies.
- Clinical experience or familiarity with operating room environments and patient warming technologies.
- Ability to translate technical features into customer-centric benefits.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear value messages
- Familiarity with clinical, regulatory, and reimbursement considerations in healthcare markets
- Experience supporting claim development, product launches, sales enablement, or lifecycle management

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $143,200 - $196,900, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
