En tant que Regional Operations Manager, vous serez responsable de la planification de la capacité en court terme, notamment la prévision des pics de demande et l’optimisation des incentives (rush bonus). Vous travaillerez avec les équipes locales pour assurer une meilleure disponibilité des livreurs et chauffeurs aux moments critiques.

🛠 Responsabilités :

  • Construire des modèles de prévision de la demande et de la supply à court terme.Optimiser les stratégies d’incitations (rush bonus, surge pricing, dynamic incentives).
  • Assurer une répartition efficace de l’offre selon la localisation et les périodes de forte demande.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes locales pour ajuster les stratégies d’activation et de rétention des partenaires.
  • Définir et suivre des KPI clés pour améliorer la disponibilité des livreurs et chauffeurs.

🧑‍💻 Profil Recherché :

  • 4-6 ans d’expérience en planification des opérations, logistique ou supply chain.
  • Formation en ingénierie industrielle, ingénierie mécanique ou supply chain management.
  • Expérience avec des outils de forecasting et simulation logistique (Arena, AnyLogic, Python, SQL, Excel avancé).
  • Connaissance des stratégies d’optimisation de workforce et d’incitations dynamiques.
  • Capacité à travailler en mode agile et en collaboration avec des équipes locales et produit.
