Collaborating with the VP, Strategy and Transformation, you’ll join a forward-thinking team of high-performing professionals focused on working together, challenging the status quo, and owning our future.
How will you contribute:
Bringing expertise of MarTech, such as Adobe products (Adobe Experience Manager). As a part of our digital transformation journey, this role will work cross-functionally with multiple segments as well as strategic vendors to shape the technology needed to enable an improved customer experience.
Responsibilities:

Program managing the scope, timeline, and resources related to technical outcomes as part of a global digital transformation program.

Manages and coordinates technical sub-workstreams through all phases of initiation, development, and implementation.

Collaborating with internal partners between IT and Marketing, and external vendor experts to define a detailed delivery roadmap in 2025 and beyond.

Actively contributing to program RAID logs, developing analysis and forming recommendations on mitigating actions, and supporting the resolution of risks and issues.

Preparing workstream updates for executive audience.

Proactively identifying areas of improvement across delivery processes, technical architecture, with proposed recommendations for management discussions.

Providing effective and regular communication within the project team, partners, sponsors, and management.

Identifying technical resource needs for the program and establishes roles, expectations, and goals with team members.

Understands nature of impact and creates lessons learned for future delivery of technical outcomes.

Works with other technical delivery leads to follow documentation standard processes and sharing of technical expertise.

Sees the big picture and has a vision for alternative approaches to getting the job done.
Skills and Experience:
-
Demonstrated professional experience in Adobe Experience Manager program delivery, change management, program management, including a post secondary degree and/or Master's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Engineering, Computer Science program.

Business sense to work seamlessly with technical/non-technical partners.

Strong influencing and collaboration skills.

High level of proficiency with MS PowerPoint, Excel, PowerBI, SharePoint and other program management tools.

Experience integrating business and technology teams.

Exceptional oral, written and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts into business-and value focused language.

Communicate clearly and consistently, keeping collaborators well informed of progress and challenges.

Experienced in working with globally diverse teams.

Remains current with emerging digital marketing technologies.

Collaborate with North America and Asia teams.

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, with great attention to details, along with comfort in assisting with administrative and reporting tasks as needed.

Salary range is expected to be between
$105,750.00 CAD - $190,350.00 CAD
