We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Global Rewards and HR Operations Leader f/m to manage reward programs and HR operations for one of our global business units.
The Global Rewards and HR Operations Leader is responsible for developing the strategy and leading the execution and administration of Global Rewards and all HR operations across 20+ countries. The successful candidate will manage and work closely with Regional Compensation & Benefits Leads responsible for administering compensation, benefits, and other reward programs for each country in which the business operates.
This role is crucial for attracting top talent through competitive compensation and benefits packages that promote workforce retention. Strong project management capabilities, HR expertise, and the ability to interface with multiple stakeholders are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Compensation & Benefits:
- Oversee the design, implementation, and management of competitive compensation and benefits programs.
- Conduct regular market analysis to ensure compensation and benefits remain competitive and compliant with regulations.
- Collaborate closely with finance to develop compensation budgets and forecasts.
- Contribute to the development and evaluation of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and additional perks.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations regarding payroll and employee benefits.
Stakeholder Management:
- Serve as the primary contact for all HR-related TSA inquiries, facilitating communication between the key stakeholder groups.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, address concerns, and ensure alignment on project objectives.
Change Management:
- Lead change management initiatives related to HR processes, ensuring that employees are well-informed and supported throughout the transition.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to facilitate a smooth integration of HR policies and procedures.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of change management plans post-implementation, gathering feedback and identifying areas for improvement.
- Document lessons learned and best practices to inform future HR integration strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Project Management or a related field; a Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus.
- 10+ years of experience in HR management, with a focus on talent acquisition and compensation/benefits.
- In-depth understanding of HR processes, policies, and regulatory requirements related to mergers and acquisitions.
- Management of Transition Service Agreements (TSA) related to M&A transactions and creation of long-term roadmaps for permanent solutions is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations across multiple countries.
- Effective stakeholder management, collaboration, and experience managing HR across multi-site, geographically dispersed locations.
- Knowledge of M&A processes, due diligence, integration planning.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, must be able to conduct business in English.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
