About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Analyst to manage test plans and quality assurance activities for SAP SuccessFactors modules. In this role, you will ensure successful validation of new features and enhancements, collaborating closely with implementation teams, support functions, and HR stakeholders to evaluate business requirements and support ongoing testing activities.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute test plans for SAP SuccessFactors modules, focusing on functional, regression, and integration testing.
  • Validate requirements, detect bugs, and ensure alignment with business needs, participating in triage sessions and tracking defects.
  • Champion quality assurance standards, designing reusable testing frameworks and standardizing validation processes.
  • Document test results and provide timely status updates, collaborating with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues.
  • Evaluate, recommend, and implement automated testing tools and practices to enhance testing efficiency.
  • Monitor configuration changes to ensure consistency and traceability across environments.
  • Advocate for robust data auditing practices, identifying opportunities to automate recurring quality tasks.
  • Support compliance with internal change control, data protection, and governance standards.
  • Facilitate workshops and cross-functional meetings to assess and ensure testability of requirements.

Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience in a QA or testing role focused on SAP SuccessFactors or equivalent enterprise HRIS platform.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules, particularly Employee Central, with experience in testing principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to translate data insights for non-technical audiences.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field, with SAP SuccessFactors certification preferred.
  • Familiarity with Agile frameworks and sprint-based delivery models, adapting to iterative cycles.
  • Experience with automated testing tools and exposure to test management tools is advantageous.
  • Detail-oriented and analytical, with a focus on quality assurance excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across time zones in a virtual global team.
  • Proven ability to manage data-sensitive environments with discretion, maintaining a professional outlook and appearance.
