The Global Social Media Advisor supports the global social media marketing program for Boomi and its key stakeholders. This role is on Boomi’s Corporate Marketing team, reporting into the VP of Global Corporate Marketing. This role will collaborate with the Senior Manager of Global Social Media and internal teams and vendors supporting global social media and larger digital marketing programs.

We’re looking for a creative and strategic social media marketer to help inform, grow, and engage the Boomi community across a range of platforms. As a Global Social Media Specialist, you’ll play a key role in shaping how Boomi shows up through people-powered channels. Your core responsibilities will include leading our employee advocacy program, managing our B2B influencer partnerships, and driving community engagement across social media. You’ll also support the creation and execution of content and campaigns that resonate with a diverse audience—including customers, partners, employees, and key decision-makers.


What you’ll do:

  • Lead and expand Boomi’s employee advocacy program in Sprinklr Advocacy—empowering employees to confidently share brand-aligned content and grow their personal social presence
  • Coach and equip Boomi team members with social selling techniques and personal branding strategies that drive awareness and business impact
  • Share best practices, platform tips, and trend insights with our internal community to build social confidence and consistency across the organization
  • Curate and recommend content for advocates using data-driven insights from program performance
  • Leverage employee content performance to inform and evolve Boomi’s external influencer strategy
  • Build authentic relationships with external influencers to amplify Boomi’s reach through trusted, individual voices
  • Own and scale both employee and influencer advocacy programs—shaping how Boomi shows up across people-powered channels
  • Monitor online conversations to identify emerging trends, sentiment, and opportunities to engage or act
  • Enable internal stakeholders to collaborate effectively with advocates and influencers by sharing insights, strategies, and social best practices
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to surface feedback, troubleshoot internal community questions, and foster meaningful engagement
  • Safeguard and elevate Boomi’s brand voice by ensuring all advocate and influencer content reflects our values, tone, and guidelines
  • Track performance and deliver regular, actionable reporting to stakeholders to guide program evolution

What You’ll Need:

  • 5+ years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or communications
  • A self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced tech environment
  • Ability to understand and influence key audiences through digital content
  • Strong writing and communication skills with a clear, engaging voice
  • Project management skills and experience collaborating cross-functionally
  • Passion for social media trends and audience engagement
  • Experience with community management, content distribution, and social media analytics tools
  • Proven success in building and scaling digital communities
  • Project management skills and experience collaborating cross-functionally
  • Experience in scaling and managing employee advocacy programs
  • Experience running global digital marketing campaigns and measuring them

Bonus points of you have: 

  • Experience in the B2B software space (iPaaS, PaaS, SaaS, etc)
  • Experience with Sprinklr 
  • Prior experience partnering with B2B influencers

Compensation
Boomi is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base compensation for this position in Vancouver, B.C. ranges between 90,000 - 115,000 CAD annually + applicable bonus. Final compensation will be determined by various factors including the candidate’s knowledge, skills, and experience.
