ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Group Account Director, you are a senior leader responsible for driving the strategic, creative, and relational success of your teams. You lead a team of Account Directors, Supervisors, and Executives, and report directly to the Head of Accounts, with the full support of Kitchen's leadership team.
You are a trusted partner to both internal teams and Kraft Heinz brand leadership. You help shape the work from the start, guiding teams through ambiguity and ensuring every deliverable not only meets business goals but also resonates creatively. You champion the voice of the brand, while pushing for bold, breakthrough thinking.
You'll own relationships across the IAT, including PR, Brand Comms, and external agency partners, ensuring cross-functional alignment and collaboration. You work closely with Strategy, Creative, and Production leads to align on vision, streamline execution, and unlock big ideas-whether they're fast-turn or long-lead campaigns. With fluency across media channels (especially digital and social), you bring strong instincts for what will make an impact and a calm, confident presence that inspires your team and clients alike.

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$143,800.00 - $179,700.00
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- INTERNAL RELATIONS: You are the main point of contact for our marketing brand partners within Kraft Heinz. You'll work directly with marketers and Group Strategy Directors in the organization to ensure we're anticipating the future, and building a team to do incredible work that is unique to The Kitchen.
- ACCOUNT TEAM MANAGEMENT: Manage your team's structure and resourcing, ensuring that we focus on the work that exceeds expectations and drives business. You lead teams and ensure strong creative output and collaboration amongst all departments necessary to each project.
- WORKFLOW MANAGEMENT: You'll direct the team's focus - ensuring that you are helping the team stay on top of their deliverables and are focused against the right work daily, quarterly, and annually.
- TEAM LEADERSHIP: You Inspire and direct a team to believe in The Kitchen's mission and to deliver true success for our brands. You are responsible for growing, retaining, and motivating the Account team to succeed.
- COLLABORATION: You act with optimism and a love for the next big challenge, working as one integrated team with your brand partners and the Creative Directors. You are the voice of the brand team inside The Kitchen.
- ADAPTABILITY: you demonstrate resiliency in a dynamic, fast paced work environment where ideas and opportunities happen fast and require flexibility.
- ORGANIZATION & FOLLOWTHROUGH: You can sit above the work but are able to dive in as needed. You follow through in all you do via clear communication.
- You help the agency develop a strong and positive relationship within the Kitchen and Kraft Heinz.
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
- Experience working Accounts, Client Service, Project Management, or a related role in a traditional, social, or medium agnostic agency focused on big ideas.
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills
