Role
This is a full-time, fully remote position that allows work from anywhere/everywhere in the world.
We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Lead to build and own our go-to-market engine from the ground up. This is a high-impact role where you’ll work closely with the founders to create demand, generate qualified pipeline, and position Fieldtrip in front of marketing leaders globally.
From launching content channels to building outbound systems, you’ll play a key role in shaping how we grow.
What you’ll do
Own our newsletter strategy and execution Create and ship a weekly newsletter using performance insights, market trends, and real campaign learnings that marketing leaders actually want to read and share.
Build founder-led LinkedIn growth Partner closely with leadership to create written, video, and thought leadership content that builds awareness and attracts qualified buyers.
Launch and optimize outbound pipeline Build outbound systems using tools like Clay, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email sequencing platforms to generate conversations with high-fit prospects.
Turn performance data into demand Analyze trends across platforms like Meta, TikTok, GA4, and ecommerce analytics tools to uncover insights that power content and outreach angles.
Own GTM experimentation Test messaging, channels, offers, and growth ideas quickly. Double down on what works.
Drive SQL growth Everything in this role ladders up to one metric: qualified sales conversations.
What we’re looking for
4–6 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, demand generation, or related fields.
Experience building something from scratch — a channel, newsletter, outbound motion, pipeline engine, audience, or growth system.
Strong writing skills with clear, concise communication and real point of view.
Strong understanding of paid media, creative performance, funnels, and conversion metrics.
Comfortable navigating tools such as Clay, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, GA4, Meta Ads Manager, or similar platforms.
Strong bias toward action — you move fast, learn quickly, and don’t wait for perfect conditions.
Highly autonomous and comfortable owning outcomes with minimal oversight.
Must haves
Proven track record of generating pipeline, demand, or growth outcomes.
Ability to interpret data and turn it into actionable marketing ideas.
Excellent taste in creative and messaging.
Comfortable working directly with founders and senior leadership.
Strong operator mindset: organized, accountable, and resourceful.
Fluent written and spoken English.
While not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
Agency experience or experience working across multiple brands/accounts.
Experience running newsletters or building an audience.
Familiarity with ecommerce / DTC growth ecosystems.
Experience creating founder-led content or personal brand growth strategies.
Experience with AI tools for research, workflow, or content acceleration.
