The Opportunity:

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team! Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing experiments, campaigns, and strategies across the full customer journey while owning initiatives that span awareness, acquisition, activation, retention, revenue, and referral.

This role is both strategic and hands-on. You’ll own our paid media programs, experiment across channels, optimize conversion touchpoints, and collaborate with sales, product, and design to unlock scalable growth. You will also formalize growth experiments into a clear cadence with trackable outcomes that align with quarterly marketing goals.


In this role you will…

Growth Strategy & Experimentation 

  • Develop & lead quarterly and monthly growth experiments across the AAARRR funnel (Awareness, Acquisition, Activation, Activation, Retention, Revenue, Referral). 
  • Define experiment hypotheses, goals, and success criteria. Track and present results to the broader Marketing team monthly. 
  • Maintain a living tracker of active and completed tests; build a culture of experimentation into our growth planning (including documenting other team members’ experiments). 
  • Create quarterly growth calendars outlining campaign timelines, key launches, and milestones. 
  • Conduct ongoing research to identify opportunities in emerging channels, customer segments, and competitive whitespace. 

Paid Media & Performance Marketing

  • Manage the relationship with our performance marketing agency, providing strategic direction and oversight.
  • Execute and optimize direct buys across select channels (e.g., paid social, newsletters, sponsorships), including negotiating rates and placements.
  • Develop and iterate on ad copy, landing pages, and creative in collaboration with in-house team and external partners. 
  • Monitor performance across paid channels and recommend strategic shifts to maximize ROI and efficiency. 

Demand Generation & Campaign Execution

  • Own and execute demand gen campaigns across email, digital ads, events, and landing pages.
  • Build and manage nurture flows and outbound campaigns that convert high-intent leads. 
  • Work closely with Sales to align growth initiatives with sales enablement needs and target account strategies. 
  • Lead virtual event strategy and execution, including webinars and co-marketing activations.
  • Participate in team-wide Marketing campaign development and research.

Lifecycle Marketing & Client Advocacy

  • Contribute to initiatives across retention and referrals, including onboarding flows, client communications, advocacy and review campaigns, and affiliate and referral programs. 
  • Develop customer marketing content, source reviews and testimonials, and contribute to case study development as needed. 
  • Support ABM and product marketing campaigns in collaboration with the broader Marketing and Strategy teams. 

Insights, Optimization & Website Strategy

  • Play a key role in website strategy, including ongoing audits, QA, and identifying opportunities for new content and conversion pages.
  • Analyze campaign and funnel performance to uncover insights, inform future strategy, and report on KPIs.
  • Provide creative and strategic direction to design and content team members for ad and campaign assets. 

What You’ll Bring to the Team (Required Skills):

  • 4+ years of experience in growth, performance, or digital marketing roles
  • Proven ability to develop and execute growth experiments from hypothesis to analysis
  • Hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns and working with agencies
  • Confident in platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and CRM/email tools (HubSpot experience a plus)
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt Shipfusion’s brand voice to different audiences and mediums
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, or other CRO tools
  • Collaborative and curious  - eager to test new ideas, challenge assumptions, and grow your skill set
  • Willingness to take on new challenges and campaigns as they arise
