Role Summary:

We are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to own and aggressively scale Incubeta’s demand generation, pipeline, and brand presence across the United States. This is a marketing leadership role reporting directly to the VP, Growth. You will be responsible for building and executing the entire US growth marketing engine.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy & Budget Ownership: Own the full US growth marketing strategy and budget across all channels (paid, owned, earned) to achieve aggressive expansion targets.
  • Pipeline Delivery: Directly accountable for delivering aggressive, quarterly marketing-sourced and influenced pipeline targets that directly fuel US revenue goals.
  • Strategic Partnership: Partner tightly with the US Sales, Client Services, and Partner (Google US) teams on GTM content, events, and overall strategy to align marketing with commercial objectives.
  • ABM Execution: Design, execute, and scale high-impact Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs targeting enterprise brands and C-suite decision-makers (e.g., Podcasts, Webinars, Executive RoundTables).
  • Performance Leadership: Directly oversee Incubeta’s own US paid media campaigns, instilling a rigorous test-and-learn culture across creative, channels, and offers.
  • Thought Leadership: Develop US-specific thought leadership, events, and compelling content that positions Incubeta as a top-tier growth partner in the US Ad Tech/Mar Tech space.
  • Executive Reporting: Present monthly growth performance to the US Leadership Team and Global ExCo (pipeline, MQL/SQL volume, CAC, ROAS, revenue influence).
  • Travel Requirement: Ability to travel domestically (within the US) ~20–25% of the time for client events, internal meetings, and key US industry conferences (Google Think, Advertising Week, etc.).

Required Qualifications & Experience:

We are looking for a commercial-minded leader who can execute strategies that drive significant revenue.

  • Experience: 5+ years of progressive experience in digital, performance, or growth marketing, with a focus on B2B scale-up marketing.
  • Industry Focus: Proven experience leading growth marketing strategies specifically within the Ad Tech or Mar Tech industries.
  • US Market Expertise: Demonstrated success scaling B2B demand generation efforts specifically targeting the US agency or martech space. Deep, hands-on expertise in the US paid media ecosystem is mandatory.
  • Commercial Acumen: Strong commercial mindset—you must live in pipeline numbers, LTV:CAC, and revenue attribution.
  • ABM Track Record: Track record of building ABM programs that successfully land and expand enterprise accounts.
  • Agency Experience: Agency-side experience is strongly preferred.
  • Partner Advantage: Existing relationships within Google US teams is a significant advantage.
  • Location: Based in Canada and comfortable working the majority of your time within the Central or Eastern Time Zones to align with the US commercial teams and target markets.

As a US-based company committed to leading with compliance and a competitive compensation and benefits package, we offer:

  • Full Employee Status: We hire all Canadian team members as full-time employees via a trusted Employer of Record (EOR) solution. This ensures full compliance with Canadian labor laws, CPP (Canada Pension Plan), and EI (Employment Insurance) contributions.
  • Retirement Planning: Generous company matching program for your Registered Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP).
  • Health Coverage: Premium private health, dental, and vision coverage, designed to fully complement your provincial healthcare plan.

If you are a senior Growth leader in Canada ready to own and accelerate our presence in the US market, we encourage you to apply.

Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time based on individual and company performance. However, the initial salary offer is based on several factors such as the individual's location, relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position.

All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, race, color, religion, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, age, or any other characteristic protected by law.

As a general policy, Incubeta does not offer employment visa sponsorships upon hire or in the future.
