Overview

We are hiring a Growth Operations Manager, a critical role on our Demand Generation team. This role is responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing the systems, data infrastructure, and automation that fuel our growth engine.

You’ll own the marketing tech stack, ensure clean and reliable data flows between platforms, and enable scalable campaign execution. This role is deeply cross-functional, working with Marketing, Product, Data, and Revenue Operations to operationalize campaigns, improve reporting accuracy, and enhance visibility into performance. This is a hybrid role, based out of our Toronto, Ontario office (located downtown in the Core). 2 days a week in the office is expected.

What you’ll do
  • Manage and optimize growth systems; own day-to-day operations of HubSpot, Salesforce, Clay, and connected automation workflows
  • Enable automation at scale. Build and maintain automated workflows for lifecycle campaigns, lead routing, enrichment, scoring, and reporting
  • Support campaign execution across marketing org by partnering with Growth, Brand, Event and Product Marketing teams to operationalize campaigns across email, in-app, paid media, and lifecycle channels
  • Implement frameworks for attribution across paid, organic, event and product-led growth motions, ensuring reporting accuracy
  • Ensure clean data and integrations by maintaining reliable data pipelines between CRM, product, and analytics platforms; troubleshoot issues and drive data hygiene
  • Manage integrations and automations via Clay, Zapier, and related platforms to reduce manual work and increase operational efficiency
  • Collaborate cross-functionally by working closely with Marketing, RevOps, and Data teams to align systems, reporting, and processes across the funnel.
What you’ll bring
  • 5+ years of growth operations experience in a B2B SaaS marketing capacity 
  • Hands-on expertise with HubSpot, Salesforce, and Clay
  • Proven experience building automated workflows (e.g., lead routing, scoring, lifecycle nurtures, enrichment)
  • Strong knowledge of data management, integration, and attribution frameworks
  • Experience with reporting tools (Looker, GA, Tableau) and comfort querying/manipulating data
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is an asset 
  • Thrive in an ambiguous environment, making calculated decisions when faced with imperfect information
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Highly organized and strong attention to detail with a motivated, self-starter attitude
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills—able to translate business needs into system solutions
  • Excellent communication skills

Compensation 

Recharge’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. Salary ranges are designed to be competitive and aligned with country specific practices, while individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, and experience. The compensation listed is not inclusive of any equity and benefits that might exist in your total compensation package.

  • Hiring range in Canada
    $105,000 CAD - $132,000 CAD
