As a GTM Enablement Program Manager, you'll work at the heart of our GTM teams, reporting to our Director of GTM Enablement - bridging customer and employee experiences, driving value through training, programs, processes, tools and content.  In the role, you’ll own creation and management of resources,ensuring our teams have the right tools and training to engage prospects and clients effectively.  You’ll work closely with Sales, Solutions, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams, driving sales productivity and revenue. 

What You’ll Do
  • Program & Project Management - Develop and execute comprehensive enablement programs for new product/feature updates, onboarding, ramping and ongoing initiatives, tracking and reporting on the effectiveness of initiatives using key KPIs (e.g., win rates, conversion rates, sales cycle length) to refine initiatives based on data-driven insights.
  • Build & Nurture Relationships - Proactively build and maintain deep relationships with key stakeholders and strategic vision through regular communication, consultation and collaboration, including taking a leadership role for key initiatives. You’ll partner closely with teams to understand our strategic and revenue goals, and help translate how we will enable and measure training programs, managing change and multiple priorities.
  • Content Management - Leveraging our tools and feedback, you’ll own training content, proactively reviewing, maintaining up-to-date and centralized documentation, ensuring regular review cycles, and notification/archiving processes to ensure content is current, relevant, effective and easily accessible
  • Learning & Development - Regularly assess the needs of supported roles to develop, design, own and facilitate innovative and creative training solutions via live and asynchronous methods, including development, administration and tracking of role-based certifications, with a focus on impact and employee experience, leveraging multiple learning delivery tools/methods. Collaborates with SMEs, creating engaging, learner-focused, and outcome-oriented training content with supporting reinforcements (e.g. talk tracks, etc.)
  • Learning & TechSavvy Innovation - Regularly engage in industry and community forums to explore emergent trends, processes, principles, and tools, to innovate and challenge the status quo, leveraging functionality in new and existing tools, to drive efficiency and effectiveness in the Enablement and GTM teams.  
What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of experience in sales or revenue enablement, or 3+ years of enablement with 2+ years of sales operations experience within a SaaS or technology environment
  • Experience enabling on sales methodologies and skills frameworks (ie. Value Selling or similar, MEDDPICC)
  • Demonstrated program management skills to drive large-scale projects to fruition, including goal setting, action planning, content creation, risk management, milestone tracking, KPI tracking, progress reporting and communications
  • Experience in a direct sales role is a plus.
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences through self guided courses, live sessions and workshops
  • Experience with Content Development, CRM, Call Recording, Learning Management and Content Management Systems (ie. Articulate, Salesforce, Clari, SkillJar, etc.)
  • Experience working cross-functionally with leadership in influencing, developing and executing successful plans in an environment of fast growth 
  • A track record of improving processes, introducing new approaches, and helping teams become more productive while balancing multiple priorities
  • A true life long learner and self-starter with the desire to grow in a fast-paced SaaS environment
Nice to Have
  • Experience with Martech: CDPs, campaign orchestration, or customer data pipelines
  • Familiarity with Bloomreach, Braze, Salesforce, Adobe, or similar platforms
