Responsibilities 

  • Lead the company’s growth and membership strategy to increase direct user engagement
  • Report directly to the president
  • Build, hire and mentor a high-performing growth and membership team
  • Build and manage the full user lifecycle, from acquisition and conversion to retention 
  • Define and track clear KPIs for user growth and engagement
  • Collaborate with other departments to deliver a seamless, high-value user experience

Personality 

  • You love doing research, analyzing, and comparing products. You typically spend weeks doing research before buying something
  • You are curious and like to learn 
  • You like being hands-on, create processes and analyze data 
  • You have a strong drive, are goal oriented, and well organized 
  • You like helping people 

Qualification/Experience 

  • 8+ years in growth, lifecycle marketing, or membership management roles
  • Proven success driving audience growth and engagement for a consumer-facing product or media brand
  • Experience leading teams and managing cross-functional initiatives
  • Strong grasp of data analytics, marketing automation, and user segmentation
  • Background in digital products, apps, or subscription models is a strong asset
