And we're just getting started.  Join us in our mission to break down barriers to communication and free the flow of conversation for people everywhere.  We’re looking for a Head of Marketing — a proven consumer marketing leader who knows how to build brands that matter, drive growth with discipline, and connect authentically with value-seeking audiences. 

What You’ll Do 
Lead the whole thing: Oversee brand, growth, lifecycle, and creative — from strategy through execution — with full ownership of the plan and P&L impact. 
Build and scale: Strengthen our existing marketing foundation, assess what’s working, and identifywhat’s needed to accelerate growth and brand impact. 
Know the audience: Develop campaigns and programs that resonate with value-seeking and lower-income consumers — across categories like prepaid wireless, fintech, discount retail, and digital marketplaces. 
Think beyond ads: Leverage community, partnerships, field, and product-led growth to build brand awareness and trust. 
Collaborate deeply: Partner across Product, Growth, and Creative to elevate cross-functional impact — and model a 'disagree and commit' mindset. 
Tell our story: Translate TextNow’s mission into a differentiated, culturally relevant narrative that builds awareness and drives affinity beyond paid channels. 
Measure what matters: Bring analytical rigor to full-funnel marketing — optimizing spend, improving CAC/LTV performance, and demonstrating clear ROI. 
Reposition with purpose: Evolve and elevate the TextNow brand to build trust, expand cultural relevance, and reach new audiences.

A creative marketer who understands how to grow awareness and love for a brand beyond performance marketing. 
A data-driven operator who knows how to measure what matters and make smart, disciplined investments. 
A collaborative partner who elevates the work, earns trust, and leads with curiosity and integrity. 

Estimated Base Salary Range: 
US– National (USD): $220,500 - $378,000
 
Final compensation will be determined based on a number of factors, including skills, experience, location and on-the-job performance.We’re committed to paying competitively to hire and retain high-caliber talent. We recognize that exceptional talent may fall outside of these ranges; we encourage all qualified candidates to apply even if their compensation expectations are outside of the listed range.
