The Head of Partnerships at Stardog will build and scale the global partner ecosystem, driving significant revenue through partnerships and executing strategies in complex enterprise deals.

The Head of Partnerships is responsible for building and scaling Stardog’s global partner ecosystem as a core revenue engine, with direct ownership of 30% of total company ARR through partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue.
This is a senior, execution-focused leadership role centered on Systems Integrators and Consulting Partners, with secondary focus on strategic technology and cloud alliances. Success is measured by ARR contribution, pipeline quality, and deal execution not partner count or marketing activity.
Requirements
- 10+ years in partnerships, alliances, or enterprise sales within enterprise software, data, AI, or cloud
- Proven experience owning material ARR targets through partners
- Strong SI and consulting-led GTM background in complex enterprise deals
- Highly data-driven with strong forecast and execution discipline
Responsibilities -
- Partner Strategy & Ecosystem
- Define and execute Stardog’s global partner strategy aligned to enterprise GTM priorities and vertical focus
- Recruit and scale high-impact partners (GSIs, RSIs, consulting firms; selective technology and cloud partners)
- Prioritize partners based on revenue impact and execution capability
- Co-Sell & Deal Execution
- Embed partners early in complex enterprise deals to increase deal size, velocity, and win rate
- Lead joint account planning with Sales and partners on strategic opportunities
- Hold final authority on partner rules of engagement and escalation paths in partnership with Sales leadership
- Operating Model & Scale
- Establish partner operating cadence including pipeline reviews, QBRs, and forecast discipline
- Ensure partners are enabled to sell, scope, and deliver Stardog successfully
- Implement CRM visibility for partner pipeline, influence, and ARR contribution
- Hire and scale the partnerships function as the business grows
