Requirements
- A strong track record of product marketing experience within the Payroll space, preferably in B2B or B2B2C SaaS
- Experience in planning and executing successful go to market strategies that drive market awareness, new customer acquisition and customer retention.
- Demonstrate success in developing strategic messaging that synthesizes customer needs, business impact, product positioning and competitive differentiation.
- Proven ability to extract insights from research and translate those insights into go to market strategies.
- Skilled visual and written storyteller with a customer-centric approach to marketing.
- Ability to zoom in AND zoom out, looking at the big picture, at the details and at how they connect together.
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to be self-driven as well as take direction to drive results with cross-functional teams.
- Adaptable and able to work in a very fast paced startup environment with changing and evolving responsibilities.
