About the Role:

We're seeking an experienced Head of Product Marketing to join our fast-growing team of fraud fighters. Our SaaS-based risk platform is designed to help financial institutions and retail businesses accelerate their growth, while reducing their fraud and compliance risk. As a Head of Product Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our platform and drive customer acquisition and retention. You will work closely with our product, sales, and design teams to ensure that our products are positioned effectively in the market and meet the needs of our target customers.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Develop product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies to drive adoption and usage of our platform.

  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends.

  • Work with the product team to extract the key features and benefits of our platform and how we solve real customer problems.

  • Collaborate with the content team to develop compelling marketing materials, including sales collateral, whitepapers, and webinars.

  • Work with the sales team to develop product demos, case studies, and customer success stories.

  • Support partner marketing initiatives by collaborating on joint marketing materials and campaigns.

  • Continuously analyze and optimize marketing programs to improve conversion rates and increase customer lifetime value.

  • Track and report on key marketing metrics to the executive team

What you’ll need:

  • 7+ years of experience in product marketing for B2B SaaS or enterprise software, specifically in the fraud prevention or compliance space.

  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.

  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform marketing decisions.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex concepts into simple, compelling messaging.

  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with product, sales, and customer success teams to deliver results.

  • Experience collaborating with partners on joint marketing initiatives.

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment with a "roll-up-your-sleeves" attitude.

  • Familiarity with the financial services or eCommerce industry is a plus.

Compensation: Base pay range of $175-200K USD + Series C equity with tremendous upside potential + Attractive benefits

The compensation offered for this role will depend on various factors, including the candidate's location, qualifications, work history, and interview performance, and may differ from the stated range.
