Vantor is seeking a Head of Services, International Government to build and lead the services organization supporting our International Government (IG) business.
This is a builder role for a leader with vision, urgency, and strong operational discipline. You will create and scale a services model that helps customers turn Vantor capabilities into measurable mission outcomes while supporting the growth of our international government business.
You will lead services across professional services, implementation, integration, configuration, training, and mission support. Working closely with Sales, Solutions Architecture, Solutions Engineering, Product, Customer Success, PMO, and Partners, you will shape services strategy, reduce delivery risk, accelerate adoption, and ensure successful customer outcomes.
We are not looking for a passive administrator. We are looking for a hands-on builder-operator who can create structure, drive execution, and scale a services business in a fast-moving environment.

Why This Role Matters

International Government customers operate in complex, mission-critical environments where technical credibility, trust, and execution excellence are essential.
Success requires more than great products and data. Customers need support integrating capabilities into real-world workflows, accelerating adoption, and delivering operational impact.
As part of the IG Mission Acceleration Group, the Head of Services will build the services engine that enables this success. You will establish a repeatable, partner-enabled delivery model that improves customer outcomes, strengthens strategic pursuits, and scales Vantor's ability to execute globally.

Responsibilities: As Head of Services, IG, you will define and lead the services operating model for International Government. You will establish how services are scoped, sold, delivered, governed, and measured while ensuring customer engagements are executable, scalable, and aligned to mission outcomes.

  • Build and lead the IG services organization across professional services, implementation, integration, configuration, training, and mission support.
  • Define the services operating model, including governance, delivery standards, resource planning, performance metrics, and quality controls.
  • Partner with Sales, Solutions Architecture, Solutions Engineering, Product, Customer Success, PMO, and regional leadership to shape services strategy and improve execution.
  • Support strategic pursuits through SOW development, implementation planning, pricing inputs, delivery scoping, and risk assessment.
  • Lead direct, matrixed, and partner delivery teams to ensure customer commitments are achievable and aligned to desired outcomes.
  • Build and manage a partner-enabled delivery ecosystem.
  • Partner with PMO and program leadership to strengthen forecasting, resource management, milestone tracking, dependency management, and executive visibility into delivery risk.
  • Scale training, enablement, and mission support capabilities across regions.
  • Establish services metrics that measure customer impact, delivery performance, adoption, and operational efficiency.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Significant leadership experience in professional services, program delivery, implementation, mission support, or technical services organizations.
  • Proven experience building, scaling, or transforming a services function in a high-growth or evolving environment.
  • Demonstrated success supporting complex government or enterprise pursuits.
  • Experience working with defense, intelligence, national security, MoD, public sector, or similarly regulated customers.
  • Strong program and portfolio management expertise.
  • Experience designing and managing partner-enabled delivery models.
  • Technical fluency across software implementation, systems integration, APIs, cloud and edge deployments, enterprise platforms, and AI-enabled workflows.
  • Ability to lead distributed teams across regions, functions, and time zones.
  • Strong commercial acumen and executive communication skills.
  • A builder's mindset characterized by ownership, judgment, adaptability, and a bias toward action.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in GEOINT, spatial intelligence, ISR, UAV, defense technology, mission software, data platforms, or AI-enabled national security solutions.
  • Experience supporting international defense, intelligence, MoD, or national security customers.
  • Experience building software-centric services organizations.
  • Experience working within or alongside PMOs supporting large government programs or multi-region delivery portfolios.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, MSP, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent certifications.
  • Experience scaling training, enablement, or mission support capabilities across multiple regions.
  • Experience in organizations where services directly contributed to product adoption, customer outcomes, and revenue expansion.

EEO Policy: Vantor is an equal opportunity employer committed to an inclusive workplace. We believe in fostering an environment where all team members feel respected, valued, and encouraged to share their ideas.
