We're looking for a Warsaw based candidate. This job is hybrid – min. 3 days at the office (nearby Rondo Daszyńskiego).

THINGS YOU WILL DO
- HR administration (maintain and update records in the systems, prepare documents, manage time and attendance records, tracking holiday accruals and validity of medical and health & safety trainings)
- Coordinate hiring, onboarding and offboarding formalities
- Manage payroll input and work closely with the external payroll provider
- Benefit administration
- Be the first point of contact for our colleagues and leadership for all HR related topics
- Act as subject matter expert in labor law and social security regulations and provide advise in individual case handling
- Prepare/update HR policies and procedures
- Improve and optimize existing processes and HR services
- Ensure all HR activities are compliant, prepare documents and report for audit purposes
- Work closely with the local HR Lead (roll out global initiatives and processes in assigned departments, run and/or participate in global HR projects, etc.)
SKILLS & EXPERIENCES YOU NEED TO GET THE JOB DONE
- Min. 4-5 years of experience in the field of personnel administration (Finance/IT consulting background preferred)
- Solid knowledge of labour law and social insurance and personal income tax regulations
- Experience with B2B contracts management
- Good knowledge of English (B2/C1)
- Knowledge of MS Office software (Excel, Word, Power Point)
- Developed interpersonal skills (including teamwork)
- Good organization and ability to prioritize tasks and get things done
- Proactivity and solution-oriented attitude
- High work ethic, reliability and meticulousness
