Your team

We’re the team at the forefront of nurturing lasting relationships from the first warm welcome to the thoughtful farewells. We’re all about creating a long-term impact, and fostering a sense of belonging in our global community. Honesty, integrity and a deep-seated desire to support are at the center of everything we do. Get ready for a journey where every interaction is an opportunity to strengthen our community and make a difference.

Your Mission

You’ll be a strategic partner and operational anchor within our People Support Team, helping us scale efficiently, compliantly, and with intention. As our HR Manager, you’ll lead global operational initiatives, systems audits, and vendor optimization efforts. From ensuring data integrity and automation across workflows to serving as a trusted partner for global employment matters, you’ll make sure our infrastructure is future-ready.

We’re looking for someone who’s excited by both structure and change. You’re someone who can spot inefficiencies, solve them at the root, and bring global cohesion across our People systems and practices.

Your responsibilities

  • You'll own and optimize our global HRIS and lead audits, automations, and vendor evaluations to ensure our systems are scalable, compliant, and efficient.
  • You'll lead and execute strategic HR operations projects—from shopping for new tools to process redesign, ensuring our documentation and workflows are always accurate and up to date.
  • You'll proactively identify siloed processes, broken workflows, or outdated data, and take the lead in updating or reengineering them with accuracy and efficiency.
  • You'll act as the primary HR point of contact for complex employee relations and offboarding processes, including terminations, with a strong grasp of country-specific legal nuances.
  • You'll collaborate closely with People, Legal, Finance, and team leads to align on cross-functional workflows and deliver compliant, effective outcomes.
  • You'll ensure our employment practices remain legally sound and compliant, particularly in Switzerland, Germany, and France, and stay on top of changes in global labor laws.
  • You'll act as a thought partner to our Director of People.

Your story

  • You’re able to work on-site in our St. Gallen office 1-2 times a week.
  • You have 4+ years of experience in a similar position – preferably in an international environment – where you developed a strong knowledge of Switzerland’s labor laws and social security system as well as a basic understanding of Swiss payroll.
  • You might even have experience as a People Partner – that’d be a huge plus, but it’s not required.
  • You speak German and English fluently; proficiency in French is ideal but not required.
  • You love working precisely and being solution-oriented.
  • You know how to organize yourself and can remain calm even if it’s stormy.

Please submit your application in English. We're excited to hear from you!
