Please note: This is a remote position, you must be based in India and are comfortable working 9-5pm EST (night shift) for this role.
The Role:
We are looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us scale our teams by delivering meaningful candidate experience.
A day in Life
- Managing end-to-end recruitment process: from job intake, sourcing, scheduling to interviewing, offer negotiation, hiring, and onboarding.
- Engaging in proactive recruitment strategies to generate pipelines of qualified candidates for current and future needs.
- Brainstorming, experimenting, collaborating and iterating quickly to identify and implement the right approaches in scaling up a rapidly growing division.
- Working closely with hiring managers at all levels to identify current and upcoming staffing needs and build long-lasting working relationships.
- Work with an ATS (Lever) to manage the entire recruitment lifecycle.
- Develop talent pipelines of highly desirable candidate profiles for future hiring needs
- Hosting and attending tech and talent attraction meet-ups.
- Strong desire for continuous learning and growth.
- Assist in a general human resources capacity.
- Assist in employer branding and employee retention programs.
- Assist with employee handbooks and defining employee policies.
- Take ownership of admin and operations tasks example expense reporting, timesheet, invoicing, etc.
- Other duties as required.
What you bring to the team
- Educational background in Human Resources and/or a relevant technical program.
- Extensive experience in fast-paced technical recruiting, ideally in both corporate and agency settings.
- Ability to elicit, understand and communicate technical elements and requirements of various roles with hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders.
- Out-of-the-box thinking when it comes to sourcing, candidate management, and candidate experience.
- Hiring would be from North America and India.
- Experience working with Human Resources Information Systems and ATS (Lever experience is an added bonus).
