A bit about the role…
Solink is looking for a People & Culture Business Partner to join our team. This position is part of the People Operations team, which designs and operates the systems and processes to deliver an outstanding employee experience to all employees. This role will work with leaders across the Go To Market & Marketing teams and act as a trusted advisor, building the bridge between teams, their people and leadership. This role reports directly to the Senior Manager, People & Culture.
WHO YOU ARE

3+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with deep experience at the Business Partner level.

Experience working with Senior Leaders (VP, Directors & Department Heads) in a Business Partner capacity.
-
Proven ability to coach, create trust, and build & maintain relationships at all levels of the organization.

You have a proactive and analytical mindset to identify and solution, while keeping Solink’s people-first mindset at the forefront of employee and organizational issues.

You have strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.

You are able to handle difficult situations and conversations in a tact and professional manner.

Comfortable with being resourceful and delivery-focused in ambiguous situations.

You have a strong level of ownership, accountability, confidentiality and attention to detail.

You have a growth mindset and a no job is too small mentality.

You have a proven ability and confidence in presenting to groups and facilitating training sessions.
NICE TO HAVES:

Experience working with BambooHR, Ashby & Trello.

Experience as a Business Partner working with a GTM and/or Marketing portfolio.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
-
Build and develop strong relationships & trust with all leaders in your business portfolio, with a strong business acumen and understanding of their teams .

Empower the People Leaders in your portfolio acting as a coach to support in their growth and development, provide guidance on day to day people practices and drive P&C initiatives including performance enablement, compensation, engagement, feedback & employee relations matters.

Provide insights and recommendations to the leadership team using data & feedback and work with the business to implement solutions on organizational design, succession planning, backfill/budget planning, etc.

Work in partnership with leaders to bring the people expertise in areas including succession planning, change management, organizational structure changes, etc.

Provide support for the members of your business portfolio in moments through the employee lifecycle including managing leaves, offboarding, title and salary changes, etc.

Work closely with the People Operations team and other key stakeholders to ensure success and delivery of P&C initiatives and programs.

Partner and collaborate with other teams as required to improve employee experience and engagement including Talent Acquisition, Finance, IT and Legal .

Maintain current knowledge of trends and standard practices of the HR discipline to proactively maintain compliance as a business and suggest improvements to the culture, practices, and policies at Solink.

Facilitate presentations and training sessions as required.
