Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with managers to support employee relations management and proactively resolve conflicts.
  • Support managers in managing, motivating, and developing their teams, ensuring a healthy and productive work environment.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of internal procedures and policies, ensuring their compliance with labor standards.
  • Track changes in employee status and manage promotions, transfers, and internal mobility.
  • Contribute to performance management by providing support in evaluations and attendance management.
  • Manage and monitor work accident files, including preparing files for internal and external audits.
  • Ensure the application of human resources management principles and organizational strategies within the service center and stations.
  • Manage the administrative aspects of working conditions and ensure their compliance with current standards.
  • Contribute to improving the employee experience and promote a positive work environment.
  • Produce statistical reports on HR performance indicators and analyze them to support strategic decisions.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources management, industrial relations, or a related field.
  • A minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in human resources management, with significant expertise in labor relations and conflict management.
  • A valid driver's license is required due to the travel involved in the position.
  • Required languages: French and English

Compensation and benefits:

  • Salary : Between $80,000 and $90,000 per year
  • Group insurance coverage, including medication, LTD, dental insurance, life insurance
  • Contribution to group RRSP (DPSP)

Location and working conditions:

  • Primary work location: 9350 John-Simons Street, Quebec City, QC, G2B 0S9, Canada

  • The candidate must be able to travel to different Intelcom stations.
