Salary Range

$68,250.00 - $85,313.00

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team and support our stations located in eastern Ontario. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in labor relations, conflict management, and investigation. The role also requires excellent knowledge of pan-Canadian labor standards.

Salary Range:

$90,000 - $95,000

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with managers on aspects of employee relations.

  • Support managers in the management, mobilization and development of their teams, maintaining a good working climate and performance management.

  • Participate in the development and implementation of internal procedures and policies.

  • Manage internal employee movements.

  • Participate in the management of performance and attendance at work.

  • Participate in and promote the prevention of workplace accidents and develop programs for this purpose.

  • Ensure the management and monitoring of work accident files. Prepare employee files for internal and external audits.

  • Ensure compliance with the human resources management philosophy within our head office and implement actions supporting organizational strategies.

  • Ensure the proper management and administration of working conditions.

  • Help promote the employee experience.

  • Produce various statistical reports related to HR performance indicators and analyze them.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources management or industrial relations

  • Relevant experience in human resources management (6 years)

  • Ease of establishing strong interpersonal relationships.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. Efficiency, creativity and teamwork.

  • Fluency in English, oral and written.

  • Good command of common IT tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, etc.) and knowledge of management systems, an asset.

  • The nature of the position involves regular travel to our stations located in eastern Ontario and hence requires a valid Canadian drivers permit.
