About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking an Information Security Content Creator (Information Security Associate), as part of the Technology Management and Strategy team. This role will support the Behavioral Defense team in tailoring content to specific role types and designing messaging that will reach employees where they are with key cybersecurity messaging - strengthening Wells Fargo's defense against cyber threats. In this role, you will: Participate in the evaluation and implementation of emerging data access control technologies, information systems security issues, safeguards, and techniques Maintain and track the status of documents Maintain familiarity with bank security procedures and policies which may include information security government regulations Review access requests for proper authorizations and produce reports to assist customers in reviewing accesses Provide technical support for routine to moderately complex security related issues Assist more experienced staff with security consulting and moderately complex security projects related to data access, integrity, confidentiality and business continuity Review existing systems security issues, procedures, and provide support for testing, emergencies, installations, and conversions Provide training and assistance for installed security products and may assist in the delivery of security awareness programs Assist in audit compliance projects Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals Interact with internal customers Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements Required Qualifications: 6+ months of Information Security Analysis experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: Strong graphic design, visual storytelling, and content development skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging communications Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign Experience creating digital assets such as graphics, presentations, infographics, toolkits, fact sheets, and campaign materials Exposure to multimedia content development, including video editing, animation, and digital communications Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills with the ability to simplify technical information for diverse audiences Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and incorporate feedback effectively Interest in learning cybersecurity, behavioral defense, and security awareness concepts Experience applying brand, accessibility, and design standards across a variety of communication channels Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain and manage creative assets, templates, and content libraries Job Expectations: Position offers a hybrid work schedule This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship Relocation assistance is not available for this position Posting Locations: 150 E 42nd St. New York, New York 10017 NY- New York Pay Range: $34.62 - $52.40 Hourly Pay Range Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location.
