Position Responsibilities:

·Information Security and Information Risk and Protection

·Risk & Control

·IRM KRI Program

·Manulife's IT Standards

·Control procedures

·Process Governance

·Change Management

Required Qualifications:

·Understanding of cybersecurity principles, controls, and leading practices

·Proficiency in identifying and addressing strategic cybersecurity challenges and risks, applying critical thinking and innovative solutions to drive positive outcomes

·5+ years of experience in a similar role

.Knowledge of Cryptographic Safeguards and Customer System Authentication, particularly in the context of cybersecurity . The ideal candidate will understand secure protocols, encryption methods, and identity verification in governing our processes to ensure our stakeholders are compliant to our company standards.

·A proactive self-starter capable of working both independently and multi-functionally within a team

·Ability to create and deliver engaging and clear presentations to diverse audiences

·Superb communication skills for interacting with and presenting to customers

·Good interpersonal skills

·Ability to multi-task

·Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

·Effective problem-solving skills with the ability to develop strategies and solutions to mitigate risks

·Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and report data to highlight key areas requiring attention or action

Working Arrangement

Hybrid

Salary range is expected to be between

$109,600.00 CAD - $159,600.00 CAD.

The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
