Your Responsibilities
As an Infrastructure Field Lead - Canada at John Deere Canada ULC in Grimsby, ON, you will lead and participate in the onsite infrastructure team focused on desktop support, infrastructure support, conference room support, smart hands, remote hands, and edge computing operations. In addition, you will:
  • Manage and develop a team of technicians
  • Proactively own service delivery, metrics, and customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate factory/facilities and location specific initiatives with proactive partnership with other IT product teams
  • Maintain strong stakeholder and vendor relationships
  • Ensure adherence to IT security, compliance, and country level regulations
  • Partner with ECPOST product teams and other BCAs to ensure alignment with strategic priorities and adoption of automation into our IT & Business Operations

What Skills You Need
  • 1 or more years of experience working in industry / business functional area
  • 1 or more years of working on major business/technology implementation programs
  • Ability to use analysis to prioritize business value
  • Subject matter expertise with appropriate business processes
  • Consumer/customer understanding and ability to implement product roadmap in support of business strategy
  • 1 or more years of work experience with IT infrastructure (network, desktop environments, printer)
  • Strong understanding of technical terms, processes, and practices of products within scope

Education
Ideally, you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent experience in a related career field
