Job Title: Infrastructure Sales Representative
Location: Eastern, ON (Ottawa, Kingston, Belleville)

Overview: Drive infrastructure business development across Eastern Ontario (Ottawa, Kingston, Belleville) focused on water, wastewater, liner applications, and piping infrastructure for large-scale projects. Build relationships with consultants, owners, contractors, and support local Victaulic distributors across the territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop value-added proposals and presentations highlighting cost savings through Victaulic solutions
  • Establish and maintain qualified project pipeline for water/wastewater infrastructure opportunities
  • Build strategic account plans for key owners and industrial contractors
  • Coordinate with Regional Managers and Infrastructure market team
  • Maintain updated project databases and submit regular territory reports
  • Provide technical training to office and field personnel
  • Classify customers based on project potential and develop targeted account strategies

Qualifications:

  • College or university degree preferred
  • 2-5 years of outside sales experience in water/wastewater construction markets
  • Strong understanding of value-based selling methodology
  • Excellent mechanical aptitude and technical communication skills
  • Self-motivated team player with strong organizational abilities
  • Comfortable with travel (25%) for territory coverage
  • Professional demeanor with consultants, contractors, and municipal clients

Salary: $75 – 90k (based on experience) + (car, uncapped commission & bonus)
