Inside Sales Coordinator

This is a 6-month fixed term contract.

The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong administrative, communication, coordination, planning and logistical skills, as well as an ability to contribute creative yet practical solutions to problems.  The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively and independently in a key cross-functional role within Insulet Canada.

We're looking for

Responsibilities: 

  • Support of the customer onboarding and training process, including processing and reviewing inbound requests, entering of orders, as well as obtaining necessary paperwork

  • Communication with key internal and external stakeholders, including customers, healthcare providers, and clinical training partners

  • Management of accurate data and supporting files within the Salesforce system in collaboration with other commercial teams

  • Ability to be flexible handling priority activities to support the commercial team.

  • Performs other duties as required.

Education and Experience

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, Business Administration, or equivalent experience

  • 3+ years related experience that may include business analysis/reporting

Preferred Experience:  

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth, performance and deadline driven environment

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with strong business judgment

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a must (able to build models, utilize pivot tables, vlookup formulas, etc.)

  • Must be able to present analysis to the country leadership level in a clear and compelling manner to drive decision making

  • Ability to manage own workload efficiently and prioritize objectives accordingly

  • Looking for candidates with excellent interpersonal and communication skills; both written and verbal

  • Experience with SFDC is preferred

Physical Requirements (as applicable):  

  • General office environment, may sit for long periods of time.

  • May be expected to travel domestically and/or internationally <5%.

NOTE: This position is eligible for hybrid working arrangements (requires on-site work from an Insulet office). #LI-Hybrid

Pay Range: The expected salary for this position is $49,225.00 - $63,275.00 CAD annually. Vacancy Status: This role is a newly created position.
