As an Inside Sales & Account Activation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales organization by managing/executing your book of business, driving in-season selling, and ensuring customer needs are met in collaboration with our Outside Sales Representatives. You will also be responsible for bringing assortments and products to life through internal site management, sell-in support, and regular customer check-ins.

You’re a highly organized, proactive, and a collaborative individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Credit/Collections, and Logistics to align strategy and execution, and you will manage our B2B platform, Trading Post, ensuring seamless product setup, customer onboarding, and system support.

Responsibilities:

· Sales Support & Account Management

o Partner with Outside Sales Representatives to meet and exceed sales targets through world-class account management.

o Manage the order book and communicate updates to dealers and reps regularly.

o Identify in-season sales opportunities and communicate risks related to inventory, credit, or PO timelines.

o Act as a trusted advisor to dealers, providing expert product knowledge and solutions.

o Review and process purchase orders, ensuring special instructions are communicated effectively.

· Account Activation & Marketing Collaboration

o Support product launches and activations across retail accounts, including in-store, digital, and social platforms.

o Collaborate with Marketing and Field Sales to ensure brand representation and alignment with campaign strategies.

o Assist in dealer training and motivation initiatives to create brand ambassadors.

· Trading Post (B2B Platform) Management

o Oversee product setup, customer onboarding, and system maintenance.

o Reset passwords and troubleshoot user issues.

o Ensure accurate and timely updates to product listings and customer profiles.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree required.

· 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or customer service.

· Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

· Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Salesforce) preferred.

· Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.

· Ability to efficiently execute multiple tasks and work in an entrepreneurial fast paced environment

· Priority management - ability to determine daily priorities and focus time/effort accordingly

· Strong written and verbal communication skills – ability to clearly, concisely and intelligently communicate to a variety of potential audiences (existing customers, potential customers, co-workers, vendors, etc.)

· Relationship skills – the ability to connect well over the phone, in person and via email

· High sense of urgency and attention to detail.
