NOTE: This is a full-time, permanent, on-site position in downtown Vancouver.

First and foremost, this is a sales role, and objection handling is expected. You must be an excellent listener, a clear communicator (as everything is done over the phone), and capable of providing industry-leading service to our customers. If you are a sales-driven individual, this is the opportunity for you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Convert warm inbound leads into sales
  • Provide financial education to every customer
  • Handle multiple customers simultaneously
  • Close and guide customers through the sales process
  • Effective use of our CRM system. Previous use of Salesforce an asset but not required

What You Should Already Have:

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Previous sales experience strongly preferred 
  • Aptitude for working in a team dynamic
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective problem solving and critical thinking skills (proactive and reactive)
  • Positive attitude and outlook required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in French is a plus
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Basic computer skills are a plus

What We Will Give You: 

  • Full training by successful managers (all have done the job themselves) is provided at the beginning of your job and throughout your employment.

Compensation:

All new hires start at Level 1, with a clear path to advancement based on performance:

  • Level 1: $50,000 base salary + bonus.
  • Level 2: $60,000 base salary + bonus. Base salary increases upon meeting performance metrics (typically achieved in 4–5 months, though some have reached it in as little as 3 months).

Projected Yearly Earnings:

  • Level 1: $60,000 – $70,000
  • Level 2: $73,500 – $80,000+

As we expand our Foundation team, you will have the opportunity to move into a team manager role after successfully achieving level 2.
