In this 12-month program designed specifically for new graduates, you will engage in hands-on learning to develop the skills, knowledge, and competencies necessary to excel in the Inside Sales role at an accelerated pace. Upon successful completion of the program, you will secure a full-time, permanent position in Inside Sales.

What will you do:

  • Rotate through the warehouse, counter, and inside sales job roles
  • Attend training sessions, workshops, and mentoring meetings to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Complete all learning elements (eLearning & hands-on)
  • Focus on sales process, product knowledge, leadership development, and related topics, aligning to our business
  • Job shadow with salespeople and subject matter experts

What will you bring:

  • Post Secondary Diploma/Degree in a relevant discipline: Business (Supply Chain/Commerce/Marketing), Trades (Plumbing/HVAC/Construction), Humanities (Psychology/Sociology)
  • A dedication to continual learning with an aim to succeed
  • Results-oriented attitude
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Career ambitious and able to envision long term career growth
  • Sales experience such as retail or wholesale considered an asset
  • Any second language, not required, but an asset
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and can balance multiple priorities
  • Must hold a valid driver's license with access to a vehicle
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs
  • Steel-toed boots (reimbursable up to $200 with receipt)
