As a QA Automation Engineer at MedMe, you’ll be a key driver in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our pharmacy care management platform. You will work closely with small, agile engineering teams to design, implement, and maintain testing strategies that support our platform across web and API interfaces. This role is critical to maintaining the high standards our 4,500+ pharmacy clients rely on while helping MedMe expand into new markets and scale internationally.
You’ll help shape testing practices, influence development workflows, and ensure new features meet both functional and performance expectations. Success in this role depends on prior experience in QA automation or SDET work, strong programming skills, and the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable test cases.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership of testing strategy, thrives in a collaborative environment, and wants to help MedMe build best-in-class software for pharmacies worldwide.
About MedMe HealthMedMe is an all-in-one pharmacy care management and medical billing platform with a suite of AI assistants designed to help pharmacies grow their clinical revenue. Today, MedMe is trusted by 4,500 pharmacies across North America to run more than 30 types of services, from immunizations and prescribing to medication therapy management (MTM), chronic disease management, and point-of-care testing. With more than 25 million appointments facilitated, MedMe helps pharmacies unlock new clinical revenue while saving time and improving patient care.
What You’ll DoDesign, implement, and maintain automated test suites across web and API layers, ensuring coverage keeps pace with the platform as we scale
Embed directly with engineering teams to catch quality issues early — before they reach production, not after
Own the testing layer end-to-end: test planning, execution, triage, and follow-through on failures
Translate complex feature requirements into clear, actionable test cases that reflect real pharmacy workflows
Contribute to CI/CD pipeline stability and flag when test infrastructure is slowing the team down
Help shape how MedMe tests software — identifying gaps in coverage, recommending process improvements, and raising the overall quality bar
Support expansion into new markets by ensuring the platform meets functional and performance expectations as we grow
