The Project Intern will support the Project Leader in organizing and managing events (both CME and non-CME).
Responsibilities:
- Prepare letters of appointment and registration forms and send them to speakers.
- Compile and maintain logistics master files (including contacts, travel arrangements, hotels, and dinners).
- Send out official letters of invitation.
- Provide on-site assistance during events (at the registration desk or in the hall).
- Offer support to other Project Managers in the office when needed.
- Maintain and update company databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
Education:
- Degree in cultural science or similar
Skills:
- K nowledge of English language
- Ability to work in a team
- Problem-solving
- Immediate availability.
