What you need to know about this position:
- Support on People staffing activities/HR operation related queries and tasks.
- Local execution of Global Programs (Training Events, Performance Management processes, Engagement Survey activation)
- Support delivery of continuous improvement projects related to Digitalization roadmap.
- Coordination and communication of local initiatives (Learning & Development Plan, Well Being, Diversity & Inclusion agenda)
- Support (when needed) also plant-related activities.
What extra ingredients will you bring:
- Good planning and organization skills
- Proactive and willing to take the initiative in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, being seen as approachable and able to build strong and trusting relationships at all levels of the organization
- Computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Previous work experience in multinational company in HR function (preferred)
- Knowledge of HR databases such as Workday (preferred)
- Fluent in Italian and English

- Compensation: 1000€ gross/month
