- Account registration within Okta

Playbook Access Request Process
- create a Playbook Access Request form and process to notify Black Belts / project to include ‘approval engine’ and ‘status notification’
- automation to return ‘request confirms’ and ‘request status’ values (via Teams and/or email) to requester
- Upon approval, change SharePoint permissions to grant user site access – returning access link to requester
Day-to-Day IT work:
Backup for staff while on vacation. Duties include:
- ITDS tickets – logged in Freshdesk
- Android mobile device registration
- User account reconciliation
- KnowBe4 completion reports
- Assist with onboarding activities
