About the Role

We're seeking an IT Platform Engineer to combine software engineering expertise with IT infrastructure domain knowledge and a passion for automation and enablement.

What You’ll Do
  • Modernize Windows infrastructure hosting our heavily customized ResWare platform, title/escrow software requiring Office 365,  Azure AD, network file sharing, SQL, and DMZ network for full features and automations.
  • Lead  the migration of Windows users to Mac OS while maintaining secure Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI).
  • Utilize Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD pipelines, and modern DevOps frameworks to "platformize" endpoint management and launch capabilities such as Zero-touch deployment (ZDM), Declarative Device Management (DDM), and device trust.
  • Collaborate with Security, IT, and Engineering teams to maximize AI adoption and engineering velocity.
Tech Stack
  • Languages: Mac OS shell scripting, PowerShell, Terraform, Go, Python
  • Cloud Platforms: Azure, AWS, Google Workspace, M365, Okta
  • Endpoint Management: Mac OS, Windows, Jamf, Crowdstrike
What You’ll Need
  • 5+ years of software engineering, IT automation, and/or platform management (Mac/Windows)
  • Expert in Windows AD and Mac/Windows hybrid environments
  • Expert in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), CI/CD, and software engineering
  • Expert in endpoint security (AV/EDR) and mobile device management (MDM)
  • Demonstrated leadership driving cross-functional technical initiatives and mentoring team members
Bonus Points For
  • M.S. in Computer Science
  • Certifications in Azure, AWS, and Endpoint management
  • Familiarity with ResWare
Compensation

The base pay range for this position in Seattle is  $170,000 - $234,000 annually, plus RSUs and bonuses. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on your qualifications, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. We also offer a comprehensive package of benefits including unlimited PTO, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, and 401(k) to eligible employees.
