We are seeking an experienced IT Technical Business Analyst / Project Coordinator to support a portfolio of short-duration IT projects involving technology service requests, infrastructure implementations, office relocations, and organizational changes. The successful candidate will coordinate cross-functional technical teams, work closely with business stakeholders, define and document requirements, manage project deliverables, and ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and in accordance with established IT, cybersecurity, and operational standards.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator, Technical Project Manager, Technical Business Analyst, or similar role leading technical teams.
- 5+ years of experience defining project scope, objectives, and goals in collaboration with business stakeholders.
- 5+ years of experience developing project deliverables such as project charters, business cases, project plans, requirements documentation, and status reports.
- 5+ years of experience managing multiple IT projects concurrently.
- Strong experience working with technical and business stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of IT project management methodologies and governance.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently while coordinating multiple technical teams and stakeholders.
- Relevant post-secondary education in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Project Management, or a related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
