Rockstar is on the lookout for an IT Workflow Coordinator to support the intake, documentation, and coordination of software and AI tool reviews. You’ll partner with stakeholders across the business to gather requirements, keep requests moving, and ensure decisions and action items are clearly captured.
This is a full-time, in-office position based out of Rockstar’s unique game development studio in Oakville, ON.
WHAT WE DO- The Rockstar Games Systems Engineering Team delivers global IT systems infrastructure to the development teams.
- We maintain our infrastructure to the highest standard, with an emphasis on preventative actions rather than reactive.
- Our team constantly reviews our processes with the aim of automating wherever possible.
- Coordinate intake for software and AI tool requests by collecting required details, clarifying incomplete submissions, and preparing concise summaries.
- Track requests, decisions, and follow-ups; maintain accurate documentation and status updates.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., business stakeholders, IT, security, and governance) to route questions, capture feedback, and escalate risks or blockers.
- Support recurring review meetings by capturing notes, documenting decisions, and maintaining action items (owners and due dates).
- Help maintain an inventory of commonly used tools and identify potential overlaps to support standardization efforts.
- Perform basic triage research on requested tools and identify red flags, such as unmaintained codebases, low community health or risk scores, external transfer or processing of internal data, or overly broad permission scopes.
- Strong organization and follow-through with the ability to manage multiple requests and keep documentation current.
- Comfortable performing quick tool intake research and routing/escalating potential risks or unknowns to IT & Security.
- Clear written and verbal communication; strong note-taking skills with attention to detail.
- Comfort building simple status reports and summaries (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools).
- Foundational familiarity with AI concepts and common tools/terminology, including how data may be used in AI systems.
- Collaborative, service-minded approach; comfortable working across teams and asking clarifying questions.

- Experience with ticketing/work management tools (e.g., ServiceNow or similar).
- Experience writing short assessment summaries or recommendations based on deeper product research.
- Familiarity with IT concepts such as user access, identity management, and basic networking.
- Exposure to a range of SaaS/software tools, interest in tooling used in media and/or gaming environments.

The pay range for this position in Ontario, Canada at the start of employment is expected to be between the range below* per year. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations.
Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
