As the Project Manager of Klik Services, you’ll lead the delivery of high-impact in-person events using Bizzabo’s Event Experience OS and Klik’s wearable tech. You’ll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders – from Sales to Customer Success to vendors – to scope, plan, and execute seamless client activations of Klik technology. As Onsite Specialist, you’ll also support the technical deployment of other Klik and Bizzabo events, including hardware setup, troubleshooting, and configuration. This hybrid role combines strategic coordination with hands-on implementation to ensure every client experience exceeds expectations.

Requirements

CE QUE VOUS FEREZ

  • Gérer l'exécution d'événements à l'aide des technologies Bizzabo et Klik, en assurant une livraison réussie, rencontrant la satisfaction du client.

  • Soutenir les clients en cas de problèmes matériels et logiciels en temps réel.
  • Configurer et adapter les tableaux de bord de contrôle de projet, les fonctionnalités d'applications mobiles et les intégrations technologiques événementielles pour atteindre les objectifs du client.
  • Élaborer et maintenir les échéanciers de projet ; surveiller la logistique, le contenu et les coûts.
  • Coordonner les ressources internes et les fournisseurs tiers pour assurer une exécution impeccable.
  • Identifier les risques de projet, en tenant compte des limitations du client et des défis techniques, et les atténuer de manière proactive.
  • Suivre l'achèvement des projets, réconcilier les revenus avec les équipes des opérations et des finances, et contribuer à l'amélioration des processus internes.
  • Pré-ventes et planification : Soutenir les responsables de la réussite client (CSM) et les directeurs de comptes (AE) en présentant les offres de services et en répondant aux questions détaillées des clients.
  • Maintenir un haut degré de satisfaction du service grâce à une livraison d'événements réactive et fiable.
  • Déplacements : Jusqu'à 50 %, principalement en Amérique du Nord avec des déplacements internationaux occasionnels.

CE QUE VOUS AVEZ

  • Minimum de 3 ans d'expérience en événements en personne, idéalement au sein d'une agence ou d'une entreprise de production événementielle.
  • Connaissance des défis opérationnels des événements et compréhension de ce qu'il faut pour exécuter des opérations sur site impeccables.
  • Solides compétences en communication écrite et verbale en anglais.
  • Capacité à bâtir des relations solides avec les équipes d'affaires et les clients.
  • Faire preuve d'initiative et adopter une approche proactive pour lever les obstacles et faire avancer un projet.
  • Sens aigu du détail et excellentes compétences en résolution de problèmes.
  • Capacité à soulever et transporter régulièrement des boîtes et des équipements (ex. : jusqu'à 23 kg / 50 lb) sur différents sites d'événements pour le montage et le démontage.
  • Vous vous épanouissez dans un environnement au rythme rapide (parfois stressant) et en temps réel.
  • Vous avez une attitude positive et collaborative, restez calme dans les situations stressantes et êtes orienté(e) vers les solutions.
  • Capacité à voyager à l'étranger (principalement aux États-Unis).

UN ATOUT

  • Expérience dans la gestion de solutions logicielles (software)avec une composante matérielle (hardware - objets connectés).
  • Affinité pour la technologie.
  • Expérience professionnelle en tant que technicien(ne) informatique, technicien(ne) audiovisuel (AV) ou rôle similaire.
  • Capacité à parler des langues additionnelles.
  • Certification en gestion de projet.
  • Expérience avec Salesforce, Google Workspace ou Notion.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Project Leadership: Manage end-to-end execution of in-person events using Bizzabo and Klik technologies, ensuring seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Subject-Matter Expertise: Serve as the go-to expert on onsite production services and operational best practices.
  • Technology Deployment: Set up, configure, deploy and test Klik wearables, tracking technology, badge printers, and Bizzabo dashboards both pre-event and onsite.
  • Live Event Support: Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in real-time. 
  • Client Customization: Configure and tailor project control panels, mobile app features, and event tech integrations to meet client goals.
  • Timeline & Budget Oversight: Develop and maintain project timelines; monitor logistics, content, and costs.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure flawless execution.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Identify project risks, factoring in client limitations and technical challenges, and proactively mitigate them.
  • Process & Revenue Reporting: Track completion of projects, reconcile revenue with Operations and Finance teams, and contribute to internal process improvements.
  • Pre-Sales & Planning: Support Customer Success Managers and Account Executives by presenting service offerings and answering detailed client questions.
  • Service Quality: Maintain a high degree of service satisfaction through responsive, reliable event delivery. 
  • Travel: Up to 50%, primarily in North America with occasional international travel.

WHAT YOU HAVE

  • You must have a minimum of 3 years of experience with in-person events, preferably from an agency or event production company. You must know the operational challenges of events and understand what it takes to execute flawless onsite operations.
  • You possess strong English written and verbal communication skills
  • You build strong relationships with business teams and customers
  • You display initiative and take a proactive approach to finding ways to remove barriers to move a project forward
  • You have a strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
  • You can regularly lift and carry boxes and equipment (e.g., up to 50 lbs) across various event venues for setup and breakdown.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced (sometimes stressful) real-time environment
  • You have a positive & collaborative attitude, composed under stressful situations and  solution-oriented.
  • You can travel internationally (mainly to the United States)

WHAT WOULD BE A BONUS

  • Experience in handling complex software solutions with a hardware component
  • Professional experience as an IT Technician, Audiovisual (AV) Technician or similar role 
  • Affinity for technology
  • Ability to speak additional languages 
  • Project management certification
