Core Responsibilities
Growing the General Trade business for LEGO India with Distributors and retailers, Regional Key Accounts & the most exciting Quick commerce business with the following responsibilities:

  • Expanding the LEGO Brand footprint in India and growing the sales & quality of distribution through customers in key strategic priority markets & stores

  • Driving Business Growth with our Quick Commerce Business. This is a very exciting and rapidly growing upcoming channel.

  • Building and maintaining strategic customer relationships

  • Ensuring assortment availability and extremely high visibility in outlets

  • Building people capability at a customer / store level

  • Participate in sales forecasting (Primary, Secondary and Tertiary Sales) at both the country and the customer level

  • Cross-functional working with functions like Marketing & Operations both within India and at the Asia Pacific (APAC) level

Working for a leading brand in an ever-evolving market comes with both its challenges and opportunities. In this contract role you’ll have the opportunity to learn from a market leading sales, marketing and operations team.

Do you have what it takes:

  • MBA in Sales & Marketing or equivalent degree is preferred

  • 6-8 years of relevant experience (e.g. consumer packaged goods, Toys, Consumer durables)

  • Skilled in strategic selling and negotiation

  • Excellent analytical skills, a passion for data metrics and the ability to turn plans into execution/achievements

  • IT skills: Excellent knowledge of MS office tools, especially MS Excel and MS Powerpoint

  • Strong presence with excellent communication skills

  • A team player, and has outstanding solution selling skills

  • Must be fluent in both written and oral English
