The Key Account Manager will grow revenue from GCS accounts, manage client relationships, identify upsell opportunities, and ensure smooth campaign delivery.
We are looking for a high-energy, execution-focused Key Account Manager to join the GCS (Growth & Customer Sales) team at JioStar. This role is built for someone who understands the digital advertising ecosystem deeply and enjoys managing day-to-day client relationships, driving incremental revenue, and ensuring seamless campaign delivery across a fast-moving portfolio. This role demands a sharp focus is on performance-led, digital-first advertising solutions for growth advertisers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow revenue from a defined portfolio of GCS accounts across digital advertising solutions
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, agencies, and internal stakeholders
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned to client objectives and campaign outcomes
- Own pipeline hygiene, forecasts, and internal tracking; flag risks and gaps proactively
- Work closely with campaign execution, product, analytics, and finance teams to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction
- Track trends across the Indian digital advertising ecosystem, including formats, platforms, and performance benchmarks
- Support campaign planning, proposals, and post-campaign reviews with actionable insights
Skills & Attributes for Success
- Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem — media planning, buying, performance metrics, and client KPIs
- Solid relationship management and client-handling skills
- Commercial mindset with attention to detail and follow-through
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment
- Clear communicator with strong coordination and stakeholder management abilities
Preferred Experience
- 6-8 years of experience in digital ad sales, media sales, or performance advertising
- Experience managing multiple accounts and delivering against revenue targets
- Familiarity with ad tech platforms, reporting tools, and campaign optimisation frameworks is a plus.
