About You:
We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to play a key role in executing and supporting marketing initiatives for KT by Knix. Reporting to our GM of KT, this role will focus on bringing KT campaigns to life through community engagement, partnerships, and ambassador programs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams—including creative, influencer marketing, partnerships, social, paid media, retention, and retail—to ensure impactful execution of KT-specific campaigns and activations.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of KT by Knix marketing campaigns, ensuring seamless implementation across digital, social, email, influencer, partnerships, and retail touchpoints.
- Manage and maintain the KT campaign calendar, overseeing the scheduling and execution of launches, collaborations, and key moments.
- Support the development of campaign briefs and collaborate with creative teams to ensure assets align with KT’s brand voice and vision.
- Work closely with the partnerships and community teams to identify and manage relationships with ambassadors, influencers, and strategic brand partners.
- Coordinate campaign deliverables, timelines, and assets to keep internal teams aligned and on track.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, generating reports to measure success and optimize future strategies.
- Assist with long-range planning to align KT marketing efforts with product launches and cultural trends.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and Gen Z cultural movements to help shape innovative and relevant campaigns.
- Cultivate strong relationships across internal teams to ensure efficient and collaborative execution of KT marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- 3-4 years of experience in a marketing, campaign execution, or partnerships role, ideally within the retail or eCommerce space.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit, with experience working across teams.
- Highly proactive, with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and adapting to shifting priorities.
- Results-driven mindset with experience analyzing campaign performance to optimize strategies.
- Passionate about KT by Knix and its mission to empower the next generation.
