About the Role

As a Lead Consultant, AI Transformation, you’ll work directly with clients and cross-functional internal teams to diagnose business challenges, design AI-enabled solutions, and guide organizations through large-scale AI transformation. You will translate complex workflows into future-state AI opportunities, quantify impact, and help shape the strategic growth of AI-focused work across Monks. We are looking for someone passionate about unlocking new value through applied AI and who thrives at the intersection of strategy, technology, and operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Engage with clients to understand business challenges and identify opportunities for AI-led transformation.
  • Develop actionable AI roadmaps that move clients from current-state operations to AI-enabled workflows.
  • Craft transformation frameworks aligned to business growth goals for both the client and the Monks account.
  • Maintain a detailed understanding of Google.Monks AI offerings, including costs, timelines, and fit considerations.
  • Partner with creative technologists and data teams to design, prototype, and implement AI solutions.
  • Build workflow diagrams and process maps to visualize impact and optimize operations.
  • Quantify business impact, including time and cost efficiencies from AI enablement.
  • Collaborate with account leaders to identify, shape, and sell AI-driven opportunities.
  • Contribute to RFP responses and new business pitches, articulating how AI accelerates delivery and drives differentiation.
  • Support cross-functional orchestration across creative, strategy, and tech teams to ensure successful delivery of AI workstreams.
  • Provide AI thought leadership across internal and external channels.
About YouThe essentials:
  • Experience with change management in developing transformation strategies, roadmaps, or workflow redesigns.
  • Ability to translate business challenges into actionable AI opportunities.
  • Strong understanding of marketing workflows. 
  • Comfort working across cross-functional teams including creative, data, tech, and account leadership.
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills, able to guide C-level and operational stakeholders.
  • Ability to quantify business value and articulate outcomes in terms of efficiency, cost savings, and performance improvements.
  • Skilled in building decks, workflow diagrams, process documentation, and transformation frameworks.
  • Experience in consulting, operations design, or enterprise transformation programs.
  • Experience contributing to RFPs, pitches, or account-growth initiatives.
Not a must, but a plus:
  • Familiarity with Google AI models and capabilities.
  • Familiarity with AI orchestration tools like N8N, ComfyUI

This role is subject to our Return to Office (RTO) policy. If you reside within a commutable distance of one of our office locations, you will be expected to work from the office a set number of days per week. The specific details, including the number of required office days, will be in accordance with the company’s then-current RTO policy, which is subject to change from time to time.

Monks has provided a compensation range that represents its good faith estimate of what Monks may pay for the position at the time of posting. Monks may ultimately pay more or less than the posted compensation range. The salary offered to the selected candidate will be determined based on job-related factors, but not based on a candidate’s sex or any other protected status.

Salary Range
$165,000$185,000 CAD
