In this role, you will:
- Lead the development and execution of complex IVR/IVA business plans, programs and initiatives which have impact across the enterprise with broad impact
- Act as key participant in large-scale planning
- Influence digital strategy for the business line requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors
- Make decisions in digital strategy for product/functionality/experience area requiring strong understanding of the business, policies, procedures and/or compliance requirements
- Partner with peer Product Owners, enablement team members, and stakeholders to care for change readiness and communication
- Strategically collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid-level to senior managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
- Lead efforts and teams and serve as a peer mentor
- 5+ years of digital/IVR/IVA product management experience
- 5+ years of experience working in Product organization in the capacity of a Product Owner delivering software/application development changes aligned to the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- 5+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 3+ years of experience delivering complex enterprise-wide information technology solutions
- Experience with Contact Center Applications such as IVR and Routing systems or platforms
- Experience with data and performing necessary analytics to conceptualize business case value
- Experience working on Digital products in close integration with other channels (Voice Channel, Digital, CRMs)
- Spanish language proficiency
- This position offers a hybrid work schedule
- Ability to work on-site at one the posted work location
