Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Full Stack - Salesforce Developer with a strong command of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and hands-on experience in implementing Order On The Day (OOTD) solutions. The ideal candidate will be a proactive team leader who can collaborate with technical architects, gather requirements, and drive the design and development of scalable Salesforce solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end development and implementation of Salesforce solutions. Design and develop custom applications using Apex, LWC, and Visualforce. Collaborate with technical architects to understand business requirements and provide multiple solution options. Take ownership of OOTD (Order On The Day) use cases and solutions, ensuring scalability and performance. Guide and mentor junior developers, perform code reviews, and enforce best practices. Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs, web services, and middleware tools. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across Salesforce environments. Ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to established development standards. Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and industry trends. 


What you’ll bring with You:

Qualifications:

Qualifications: 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience. Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce platform configuration. Experience with OOTD implementation and understanding of order lifecycle in Salesforce. Proven experience in solution design and architecture in collaboration with Salesforce architects. Solid understanding of Salesforce integration patterns and data modeling. Strong communication and leadership skills to lead a team and interface with stakeholders. Salesforce Platform Developer II certification preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
